That’s why we’re called Lutasan. It is a Tagalog word meaning to untangle or to resolve.
We are here to solve operational knots that need clarity, structure, and leverage to unravel.

About the Founder
My name is Patrick Polvorosa. I am a systems builder, operator, and strategist who’s scaled SaaS and manufacturing businesses from the inside. And a passionate Basketball Coach.
At first glance, that last one might seem out of place. But coaching high-performing teams has everything to do with running a business:

After years leading operations in both fast-moving startups and complex factories, I realized most small businesses aren’t short on effort; rather, they’re short on clarity. They’re stuck in reactive mode, putting out fires, relying on hustle and effort to keep the wheels turning.
